Your First Visit
After you make your appointment, I will call you to get additional details and to confirm the appointment. The first visit is blocked off for two hours, sometimes it may take less or more but this is the average time it takes for me to get as detailed information as I can concerning your case. I will also conduct a screening physical exam, and make any requests for lab work or imaging and review past medical history during this visit. Depending on your case I may begin treatment that day or after I have had time to fully review your case will your treatment plan be constructed.
Follow Up
This appointment is for following up on your treatment protocol or continuation of treatment. This appointment will take approximately one hour.
Acute Care
Sometimes we just get sick or we are experiencing pain from something that happened suddenly in our lives. This appointment is for those times, whether a tweaked back might need some acupuncture or a cough may need some help to get cleared.
If you are an existing patient please schedule as an Acute care.
If you are new to me, and you are sick, you will need to schedule as a First Visit appointment, but I will use this appointment to address your acute concerns. If at a later time you decide to continue under my care, you can schedule as a Follow-Up appointment and I will be glad to help you with your more chronic concerns.

Telemedicine is a way that you can have access to my expertise, even if you are not local to me. With telemedicine I will construct a treatment protocol for you and we will follow up as needed over the internet.
